Door and window sliding braces and single-point locks in door and window hardware are important in the door and window system. But most people do n’t understand their role, so they have underestimated the importance of them, bringing a bad experience to the use of windows. As an important part of the opening of the sash, the sliding support is related to whether the sash can be opened smoothly and the stability of the sash. It is an important hardware that plays the role of normal opening and closing of the sash. Sliding supports are divided into inside and outside casement windows and upper and lower hanging windows.
Performance requirements of sliding braces for windows
1 (1) Self-positioning force of sliding braces. The sliding braces used for internal and external casement windows must be no less than 40N in performance requirements, otherwise the sash switch positioning capability becomes unstable, which may cause difficulty in opening and closing the sash.
  (2) Window opening and closing force The opening and closing force of sliding braces for internal and external casement windows cannot be greater than 40N. Within the sash opening range of 0-300mm, the opening and closing force of sliding braces used to open and close the window should not exceed 40N. .
  (3) Door and window gap
When the sash is closed, the value of the change in the seal gap between the fan and the frame at the corner of the window where the sliding brace is installed should not be greater than 0.5 mm under the effect of external forces.
  (4) The rigidity of the sliding brace should be determined by experiments, that is, the sash is subjected to different forces at three different positions to determine whether the performance of the sliding brace meets the requirements.
 1. After the window sash is resisted by 300N in the process of opening to the maximum opening range, it can still be opened normally, and the three performances of its self-positioning force, opening and closing force, and window sash frame gap still maintain good requirements.
 2. When the sash is closed by 300N resistance, the sash switch can still be opened normally, and the three performances of its positioning force, opening and closing force, and sash window frame gap still maintain good requirements.
 3. For windows with positioning devices, when the positioning device is opened to the positioning point, it can still meet the normal opening of the window and the positioning force, opening and closing force, and window sash after the 300N external force is applied. Three performance requirements for the gap of the window frame.
  (5) Repeated opening and closing
The repeated opening of the sash window 25,000 times is an experiment that doors and windows must undergo. Only after repeated opening and closing 25,000 times, the opening and closing force of the door and window should not be greater than 80N to be qualified.
  (6) Sliding strength
After the sash is opened to the maximum position, it will withstand an external force of 1000N. If it does not fall off, it is qualified door and window hardware.
  (7) Sash hanging heavy
After the sash is opened, the sliding brace is used to bear the pressure of 1000N for five minutes. When all the components of the sliding brace are intact, the door and window sliding brace is a qualified product.
Single-point lock is suitable for aluminum sliding window, indoor sliding door, etc., including semi-circular lock, hook lock, etc.
  (1) The strength of the locking component: The locking component of the single-point latch should not be damaged after the pressure of 400N. The operating force of the single-point latch should be less than 20N to be a qualified single-point latch
  (2) After 15,000 times of repeated tests, the single-point blocker should be opened and closed to maintain normal use. This is a qualified blocker.
